Our sessions follow your baby’s pace, with time for feeds, cuddles and settling. Parents and siblings are welcome to be part of their newborn story too.

We’re based in Chester-le-Street, County Durham, with free parking outside the studio.

Can I enquire before my baby is born?

Yes. Your due date helps us plan ahead. The studio can adjust the newborn appointment once your baby arrives, so an early or late arrival needn’t be a worry.

My baby has already arrived. Am I too late?

Please get in touch. Tell us your baby’s age and we’ll advise on the right session and current availability.

What if my baby needs a feed or won’t settle?

That’s part of life with a newborn. Sessions are baby-led, with pauses for feeding, changing and comfort.

What photographs are included?

Little Beginnings includes one chosen photograph as a 6×8 print and its matching digital image. Extra photographs and products are available at separate prices, with no obligation to purchase them.

Can parents and siblings join in?

Yes, parents and siblings are welcome in newborn portraits. Let the studio know who you’d like to include when you plan your visit.

Does requesting an invitation commit me to booking?

No. We’ll introduce the experience and send your special invitation over the next few days. You can ask questions and check availability before deciding whether to book.
